A 15 year old young boy, Ciza Egide, is held at the hospital of Kayanza province since March 24th, 2006 for not having been able to pay medical care charges of BiF 36.000 . He was hospitalised on February 20, 2006.

Ciza lives at Rukuba locality in Mukonge zone of Muruta commune in the province of Kayanza. Let’s mention that it has become common that people, who are not able to pay their medical care charges after their recovery, are often detained in the hospitals until they pay them.
