The Frodebu Party excludes three of its members who refused to withdraw from the cabinet
On April 1, 2006, the Frodebu Party took a decision of excluding from the party three of its militants, who are members of the cabinet, following the refusal of withdrawing from the government. The concerned ministries are: Elie Buzoya, the ministry of agriculture; Barnabe Mbonimpa, the ministry of Public Heath and Odette Kayitesi the ministry of tourism, environment and regional planning.
After the decision of the party asking them to withdraw from the government last week, the three ministers did not take into consideration this decision. Ministers Mbonimpa and Buzoya took part in a weekly cabinet council session on the 30th March and Mrs Kayitesi was outside the country.
