Four Burundian have been expelled from Rwanda on Thursday April 13, 2006. These people who were arrested in Kigali had not any identity cards.

After their arrest, they were led to the border of both countries at Kanyaru where they were welcome at the police station migration. These persons were Amani Oportune, Amani Adolphine, Amani Isabel, Amani Filston, three sisters and a brother.

The police pointed out that they cannot tell for sure where they are from or why they had fled to Rwanda. Nevertheless, it seems that they are probably from the urban district of Kinama in province of Bujumbura.
