Early morning, around 5 AM on June 9, 06, 9 persons were arrested at Nyarubanga in the zone of Bukeye in Kayogoro commune.

Following this wave of arrests, the population was caught of panic because they thought that there could be more arrests. They say that there is a list of people to be arrested. Indeed, other people were arrested on the 15th June: Ndayishimiye Joseph, a Minister of an Anglican church, Ntanyungu and Sinzinkayo Cyriaque.

According to the population of the place, other persons may be arrested soon, accused of holding night meetings, having military training, civil disobedience and recruitment of combatants on the account of Palipehutu Fnl.

Another group of persons which is threatened of death is that of demobilized soldiers who are afraid of being slaughtered by the combatants of Palipehutu- Fnl, although there are no cases of murdered demobilized persons.
