An 18 year old young man rapes a 2 year old child in the urban district of Butere
Sunday evening on June 18, 2006 around 8:00, an 18 year old young man, Ndiwenumuryango Issa, raped a 2 year old child in the urban district of Buterere. The victim and the rapist are neighbours.
The mother of the child and Ndiwenumuryango were coming back home from a shop close to their residence when Issa proposed the mother to help her to carry the child. Meanwhile, Issa went quickly at home and raped the child before her mother arrived.
The child is having a medical treatment at MSF Belgium and the rapist is detained in the dungeon of Buterere commune.
