A person was killed and another wounded by a grenade in Ngozi commune.
Unidentified criminals launched a grenade in a family bedroom through the window wounding the head of the family and his wife, Sinzobatohana. It was in the night of August 21, 06 around midnight at Ntaho in the commune and province of Ngozi.
These murders violently smashed the window before throwing the grenade which completely injured the left leg of Sinzobatohana, who after died from loss of blood, while her husband was slightly wounded on his knee. The victim was accused of sorcery by her neighbours.
The police intervened later the following day. The investigations are in hand to identify the criminals.
