Armed elements attacked in the commune of Bubanza in the night of September 10, 06.
September 10, 06 at night, some armed elements attacked in three families of the Ciya locality, Muramba zone in the commune and province of Bubanza.
One of the attacked family is that of the chief of the sector Ciya and the two others belong to his neighbours. They stole two goats, 3 bags of bean, 4 hens, a mobile telephone, clothes and other goods. The head of the Ciya sector was also wounded.
According to military sources, these elements may be combatants of Palipehutu Fnl. These attacks took place after that the government and the president of Palipehutu-Fnl, Rwasa Agathon had just signed an accord of cease-fire in Dar- Es Salaam, Thursday on September 7, 2006.
