Families of the Muramba sector in the commune and province of Bubanza have left their homes fearing night attacks from which they are regularly victims. According to the population, at least one person is killed every night by armed people who might be Palipehutu-Fnl combatants.

In the sector of Muramba only, 30 families have already fled their homes to take refuge in more secure zones. A leaflet and a list of 140 people to be killed were found in Muramba and the population is threatened. They asked the administrative authorities to give them military troops to secure the locality but until now none has been done.
