A military officer beat his bride the very night of his marriage on Saturday the 3rd March, 07 in Kinanira district of the urban district of Musaga. According to information from the close relatives of the new groom, the man had been disappointed to find out that his wife had lied to him by swearing to him that she had never known any other man before.

The next day, the husband refused first to proceed to the usual cultural ceremonies that follows the wedding but ended by accepting two hours late following to the advices of his friends and relationships.
