On Wednesday morning, March 13, 2007, four people were the target of elements of Palipehutu Fnl which occupy a position located in the quarter of Buhinyuza in urban district of Kinama. Two of these people were demobilized of Cndd- Fdd and work with the national intelligence service . It is about Ndagijimana Pierre Claver and Masumbuko Daniel.

These four people had gone to visit some friends in Buhinyuza and when they were going to leave after the visit, they found themselves encircled by combatants of Palipehutu-Fnl who started to shoot at them.

Fortunately, there was a position of elements of the National Defence Force nearby and they took refuge towards this position. In the afternoon, a delegation of the movement Palipehutu- Fnl went on the spot to calm the situation.
