A policeman called Appolinaire Ndayisenga, sergeant of the national police , was found dead on the road Kinyami- Vyerwa in commune of Ngozi in the evening of March 10, 2007 around 7 p.m.

The victim had spent the day at his home in the commune of Mwumba and was going back in Ngozi town centre where he worked. The police has not yet found the attackers but investigations go on.
