On Friday the 23rd March 07, a food salesman, Congera, was killed nearby the market of Jabe in the urban district of Bwiza by one of his customs and friend, Damas Itangishaka. The people who witnessed the murder said that they got informed that the victim owned the criminal a amount of 250 Francs to the food seller. The later does not deny it either and said that it was a way of claiming his due.

At the time when the victim was attempting to explain why the money was not yet available, he received a violent blow on his chest. The victim could not resist the blow and he died away. The criminal was soon arrested and then detained in the dungeon of the Bwiza commune. The witnesses said that they were shocked by a such sad event for both the criminal and the victim were somehow friends.
