A car driver was tortured by policemen in the urban commune of Cibitoke.
On the 3rd April, 07 around 11PM Tharcice Nkeramihigo, was seriously beaten by policemen who were on the guard at the commune of Cibitoke.
The reason for this ill treatment was that Nkeramihigo had refused to take away his vehicle in the car park that is close the commune and a police station officer ordered his men to torture him. However it was in the same car park that he used to put his car. After having been beaten, he was detained in the dungeon of Cibitoke to be released the next morning.
