Two brothers who live at Kigufi in Busiga commune in the province of Ngozi who are suspected of having assassinated a pregnant girl of the same locality were arrested on Saturday April 1, 07, for investigations. The victim was a secondary student in the 6th form in the communal college of Rukeco and was pregnant, by one of these suspected brothers The administrator of the commune of Busiga, Mrs. Espérance Nzomwitakuze, reported that the corpse of the girl was found in the banana plantations of her family. She added that the victim was stabbed and she had a wound on the neck.

The first suspected persons are two brothers, Nsanguye Pascal and Karenzo Sylvain, who had passed the Friday afternoon with the girl. But curiously, the two brothers deny to have been with the victim but there are witnesses who affirm to have seen them together.

The reason of this assassination is not yet known but what is already known is that the girl had given up her studies following this pregnancy. The police has started investigations to know some more.
