The Burundi human rights league"Ligue Iteka" hold its ordinary general assembly on July 29th, 2007. Three issues were on the agenda:

1; Presentation and adoption of the narrative report of the first six month period.

2. Presentation and adoption of the financial report of the same period.

3. Other items.

The two reports were presented respectively by the chairman of the association and the deputy executive secretary in charge of finance and administration. They have been adopted after some explanations.

After that, participants discussed about issues related to the life of the association and regarding violations of human rights.
