A young man called Nkurunziza of Mugara locality in the zone of Gatete in the commune of Rumonge of the province Bururi is held in the dungeon of the police station of Rumonge since the end of May 2007. This young man is a militant of the Palipehutu-Fnl movement of Agathon Rwasa.

He was arrested in the market of Rutumo while collecting food for the combatants of this movement. Another detainee called Butoyi Jean-Marie who was arrested on June 9, 2007 in Gatete for illegal detention of fire weapon is also detained in the some dungeon.

Their families denounce this irregularity and ask that they be transferred at the Criminal Investigation Department of Bururi.
