A presumed criminal killed by the population in the urban commune of Cibitoke.
On Friday evening the 30th November 2007, around 8 pm, the population of the urban commune of Cibitoke caught a presumed criminal,a short time after he had launched a grenade on the 12th avenue of the same commune.
They throw stones on him and when the police came, they took him to a near health centre where he died the following day.
According to the gathered on the spot, the criminal was a dissident of the palipehutu- Fnl armed movement of Rwasa who had come to search a rifle that a deserter had taken by the time he deserted from the site of Nyarurama in Cibitoke Province.
