A woman caught selling prohibited alcoholic drinks was arrested in Cibitoke urban commune.
On September 4th 08, around 3 PM, a 46 years old woman, Ancile Niyonsaba, was arrested by the home security police at the 15th avenue number 35 in Mutakura, says the police of Cibitoke commune. She was caught selling a strong alcoholic local prohibited drink, known under the name of Rutuku, added the police.
The woman doesn’t deny the fact but yet she declared that she could not give up selling it as it is the only possible way of earning her living.
