The president of Buhinyuza court in Muyinga province is today detained in Ngozi central prison accused of having raped an 8 years old schoolgirl who studies in 2nd year at Muramba elementary school in Muyinga province.

The rape was committed on 30th August at Muramba trade centre where the rapist had been having his glass. He was drunk and instead of going home, he found himself in the next house where was a little girl who was waiting for her aunt to come. The aunt come in, founding the rapist stumbling and disoriented searching his way out.

The police has arrested the criminal who after has been detained at Buhinyuza police and then transferred 3 days after in the central Ngozi prison.
