A person was killed in Buhayira zone of Murwi commune.
On September 19th, 2008 about 21 hours and half, Ntawutangagowe Mossi was killed by 3 Palipehutu-Fnl fighters of Agathon Rwasa on Gitera hill, Buhayira zone, in Murwi commune of Cibitoke province.
The suspected perpetrators are Nestor Ndayisaba, Mvuyekure alias Rugombo and Eric, the head of the company.
They came from the Palipehutu-Fnl of Agathon Rwasa site of gatheringlocated in Manege in Murwi commune.
The reason behind the crime is related to a land conflict opposing the victim to Damien.
The latter would have sponsored the crime and was arrested for investigation.
Those fighters were denounced by an element of that movement whose name was not revealed to the person to whom they have talked about their plan.
The presumed killers are still free.
