On September 25th 08 about 5 AM, clothes were stolen in a drapery located at the 1st avenue number 60 by a group of unidentified and armed bandits.

Richard Hakizimana, a watchman, is suspected to have committed the robbery or at least he knows something about it and is now detained in Cibitoke communal custody for investigations. But what is yet curious, sewing machines which were in that drapery were not stolen.
