Repatriates of Busoni commune in the province of Kirundo complain about their living conditions
The repatriates of the Busoni commune in the province of Kirundo, like elsewhere in the other communes, are complaining of their living conditions since they ruturned back in their country. Their questions related to their lands and other goods that they had left when they fled the country remain unsolved though they submitted them to the high authorities for a long time.
The delegation of CNRS (national council for repatriates and victims of war) has only settled 5 cases out of 500 outlaw cases in commune of Busoni.
Moreover, the zone commissions set up by the administrator of Busoni ask a sum of BIF2.000 at each part in conflicts and that who cannot pay cannot expect anything from the commissions. Moreover, some of the members of the commission are among those who took the lands of these repatriates.
