Dans la soirée du 28 juin 2009, une personne prénommée Sebastien , alias Gahini a été tuée par balle par des bandit non encore identifiés. Il était dans un bus avec d’autres passagers sur le tronçon entre Ruyigi et Cankuzo. Des téléphones portables et de l’argent appartenant aux autres passagers ont été aussi volés.

Listening to music on a portable player is not without its dangers. According to the European Commission, 5% to 10% of users risk suffering permanent hearing loss as a result of prolonged use of portable players at too high a volume.
